Vital Heir Continues His Rise With New EP Process
Trust the Process

Vital Heir is back with a new EP titled Process, continuing a run that has quietly been building momentum in the underground hip hop scene.
The title says a lot about where Vital Heir is right now. Process feels like another step in an artist’s journey built around growth, patience, and sharpening the craft. Instead of chasing what’s popular at the moment, Vital Heir continues carving out his own space with music centered around bars and a gritty underground sound.
For listeners who have been following his releases, the new EP represents the next chapter in that progression.
Building a Strong Catalog
Vital Heir began establishing his catalog with releases including “Soon,” “Sin,” and “Money Laundering” in 2024.
Since then, he’s continued raising the level of his collaborations.
In 2025, Vital Heir connected with respected Bronx lyricist Mickey Factz for “Nice Things,” adding another strong record to his growing catalog.
He followed that up in 2026 with “Payne Is Vital” featuring RJ Payne, another heavyweight collaboration that showed Vital Heir isn’t afraid to step alongside some serious spitters. The single officially arrived March 6, 2026.
Another Step Forward

Those collaborations matter because they show the lane Vital Heir is building for himself. He’s surrounding his music with artists respected for lyricism while continuing to establish his own identity.
With Process, the focus now shifts back to Vital Heir and the bigger body of work.
The EP gives listeners another opportunity to hear his development beyond individual singles and collaborations. For an artist steadily putting the pieces together, the name Process couldn’t be more fitting.
Vital Heir isn’t trying to skip steps.
He’s documenting them.
And if his recent run with Mickey Factz, RJ Payne, and his growing solo catalog is any indication, Process is another important piece of what’s coming next.
